Kenny Agoro has been investing in property since 2001. Initially purchasing an existing property he quickly discovered that buying new build property at a discount would grant him securer rentals and far greater capital appreciation, a strategy he has adopted ever since.

Kenny is a Bio Medical Scientist based at Hammersmith hospital and as such was lacking in experience and confidence when he first started investing in 2001.
