Time to buy Investment Property
John Dawes first approached Property for Life for some property investment advice regarding buy-to-let apartments at a property investor show in London during 2005.
John was already a member of another property investment club and felt that he needed more impartial advice with regard to the whole property investment environment. In particular he was very sceptical regarding discounted property and the whole syndicate concept but realised that it was a good idea to build a property portfolio given the capital growth potential of UK property.
Soon after taking advantage of our free membership John attended one of our property investment seminars and was convinced that Property for Life was a company that he wanted to deal with. “I was very impressed by the wealth of knowledge that was imparted at the seminar and the total lack of any hard selling whatsoever” says John. “I immediately felt comfortable and realised that this was a trustworthy company to deal with. John has not yet purchased an investment property through Property for Life as he is in the process of releasing funds tied up as equity in his home, but should be in a position to invest soon. John says: “I will definitely buy through these guys as the discounted property on offer is without doubt a great way to start building my property portfolio. I appreciate that this is a long term wealth building strategy and not a get rich quick scheme, but by buying at a discount I will automatically have equity in my investment property and this is great in today’s climate of limited capital growth. In time I expect to make some significant profits and look forward to a stress free early retirement as a result”.
We know that John will buy when he is ready and he will soon be on track for greater financial independence. We look forward to working with him over the coming months.
