More invest in Midlands
The Midlands has seen a massive 25 per cent jump in interest in property investment over the second half of 2007, the greatest of all the regions, according to Property for Life, the property investment consultancy.
The proportion of Midlands based investors registering their interest in purchasing investment property soared between June and November, reflecting the continued confidence in bricks and mortar as a solid long term investment. This region now provides over 13 per cent of the UK's buy-to-let investors, second only to the South East whose investors make up 59 per cent of the total.
