A survey published this month from Property for Life, the UK-based property investment consultancy and exhibitor at the Homebuyer Show, reported that almost 75 per cent of investors felt that now was a good time to purchase property.
Similarly, the ARLA Quarter Three Review and Index reported that more than half of all buy-to-let investors are expecting to expand their portfolios in the next 12 months.
